Arsenal are no strangers to being embarrassed in European competition and that was once again the case against Ostersund on Thursday night.
Having beaten their Swedish opponents 3-0 last week, it seemed the Gunners were in for another easy night at the Emirates Stadium.
But with 23 minutes gone, they found themselves 2-0 down and with only a one-goal advantage on aggregate.
Arsenal fans were stunned. Defensive mistakes from Calum Chambers and Rob Holding led to both goals while Danny Welbeck and Henrikh Mkhitaryan couldn't create anything up top.
Jack Wilshere, who captained his side and also had a bad game against Ostersund, described the performance as "nowhere near good enough".
"Yes [they deserved the win]. We were nowhere near good enough," said Wilshere. "And to be honest, we improved a bit in the second half, but we still weren't good enough.
"But we are through, we will see who we get tomorrow, but we have a really big game on Sunday to focus on now."
"Maybe we underestimated them a little bit, but the main thing is we are through. We know we weren't good enough and we will accept that and move on."
Wilshere may be able to move on from the defeat, but one person who isn't about to let the 26-year-old forget how bad he was is Roy Keane.
Speaking on ITV's Europa League highlights show, Keane absolutely annihilated Wilshere by describing him as the "most overrated player on the planet". Check it out below.
KEANE TEARS INTO WILSHERE ON LIVE TV
Keane said of Arsenal's display: "Where do I start. Arsenal are a great example of how not to start a game of football. They're so slow out of the blocks.
"Poor attitude. The manager summed it up: no energy and no desire. You're looking for your senior players to lead by example.
"When Wilshere's your captain, to me, probably the most overrated player on the planet. They got lucky."
Wow. Even by Keane's standards that was absolutely brutal and it's safe to say his comments shocked football fans on social media, whether they agreed with him or not.
