Anthony Joshua's fight with Joseph Parker is fast-approaching and Dillian Whyte has been the latest pro to weigh in with his opinion on the clash.

Joshua and Parker have agreed to put their IBF, WBA Super, IBO and WBO belts as well as their unbeaten records on the line at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales on March 31.

The winner-takes-all contest will put the victor within touching distance of becoming the first undisputed heavyweight champion of the world since Lennox Lewis in 1999.

Joshua defeated Whyte at the O2 Arena in 2015 to bring to an end a bitter rivalry and at the same time, elevated Joshua to British heavyweight champion.

And Whyte now expects Joshua's unbeaten run to continue against the New Zealander next month.

"They're both going to hungry... but I just think Joseph Parker isn't used to fighting away, he hasn't had any really big fights," Whyte told IFL TV.

"He's going to go to Cardiff in front of 80,000 or 90,000 and they're going to swallow him up.

"When he comes out, they're going to be saying 'AJ, AJ'. I think he's going to fall in the lights.

When giving his views on the upcoming bout, Whyte identified two major 'problems' Parker currently possesses that could lead to his downfall.

"Parker's got two problems. He's a come-forward fighter and he ain't got a good defence," he added.

"He hasn't got a lot of power. Quick hands but not enough power so I think he will struggle there because Joshua likes come-forward fighters and Parker will be falling into punches.

"I think AJ will step back and look to land straight right-hand, left-hook and I think he'll have a lot of problems with that."

Parker remains the unfancied contender in this big heavyweight clash and it looks like he will have to prove almost everyone wrong if he is to preserve his unbeaten record beyond March 31.
