The Houston Rockets secured their 13th straight win with a 96-85 victory over the Utah Jazz to continue their hot streak on Monday night.Playing in the second night of a back-to-back didn't seem to affect the Rockets as they improved to 47-13 and remain the number one team in the Western Conference.James Harden led them in scoring once again as he posted 26 points in Salt Lake City. Luc Mbah a Moute was a huge spark for Houston as he finished the game with 17 points on a perfect 7-of-7 from the field in 29 minutes of action off the bench.Harden's backcourt partner Chris Paul had 15 points, seven assists, and six rebounds on the night. The entire team is playing with a swagger and confidence and there is a real feel-good factor among the players. This was perfectly illustrated by a hilarious moment involving Paul in the closing stages of the game.As the veteran point guard was dribbling out the clock in the dying seconds, he spotted Harden's mother sitting courtside and proceeded to give her a high-five to celebrate the win.

But CP3 was immediately whistled for a turnover as he'd stepped out of bounds when exchanging the congratulatory gesture with his teammate's mother. There may not be a funnier or more bizarre call all season.

The 33-year-old saw the funny side and decided to troll Harden on Twitter after the game.

'The Beard' was also in a light-hearted mood as he quickly reacted to seeing the clip.

It will certainly qualify for a 'Shaqtin-a-fool' moment this week.

But you're allowed to enjoy funny moments like these when you're playing the type of basketball that the Rockets are at present.

They're simply on a roll and having fun on the court every time they step on it. Since their six-game losing stretch in December, Houston has won 21 of its last 25 games.

The Texas-based franchise have their eyes firmly set on dethroning the Golden State Warriors this season and they'll have a much better chance of doing that if they secure home-court advantage for the playoffs.

Their hopes of achieving this will be severely put the test in the coming weeks as they play eight of their next 11 games on the road and only one is not against a team fighting for a playoff spot.

With the way they've been playing recently, however, Houston definitely looks ready to take on any challenge.
