Some sanctions are being placed on this year's WrestleMania 34 event this year, and it's getting stranger by the day.

A report surfaced last week that piledrivers and blood are going to be banned in Louisiana during WrestleMania 34 week. It doesn't only pertain to WWE events, but to all professional wrestling events being held in the state during that week.

Another report has surfaced indicating that four items will be banned from the actual WrestleMania 34 arena. Wrestling Observer Newsletter's Dave Meltzer reports that WWE sent out an email to customers who bought WrestleMania 34 travel packages.

The email stated that four items are going to be banned from the WrestleMania 34 arena. Those items are iPads, tablets, beach balls, and balloons. Beach balls were an obvious addition to that list.

They have been a nuisance at WWE live events as of late. Fans pass them around during matches and it distracts them from what's going on inside the ring. It's unknown if tablets or iPads have been banned from WWE events in the past.

At SummersSlam last year Cesaro actually spoke out about fans bringing beach balls to WWE events. He explained how he felt disrespected by it (quotes via IWNerd):

“It’s Summerslam…arguably the second biggest pay-per-view of the year. Myself and Sheamus are out there against Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins for the WWE Tag Team Championships.

"We poured our hearts into this match and I look out and see some schmucks playing with a beach ball.

"So I decided to put an end to that because if I’m in the ring, that’s the most exciting thing to watch.

“The fans say ‘Cesaro is underappreciated’…and you have a hell of a match and they do something like that. So that’s just disrespectful and I put a stop to that. Not on my watch.”
