Arsenal suffered a second 3-0 drubbing by Manchester City in the space of just four days on Thursday night.Arsene Wenger's side were comfortably beaten 3-0 in Sunday's Carabao Cup final and they suffered a remarkably similar fate at the Emirates in a Premier League clash.Brilliant first half goals from Bernardo Silva, David Silva and Leroy Sane put the game to bed by the half-time whistle. It leaves Arsenal trailing fourth placed Tottenham by 10 points and 30 points behind the runaway league leaders, Man City.Gary Neville tore the Gunners apart for their performance on Sunday and former Arsenal player Martin Keown dropped some truth bombs on Wenger following Thursday night's 3-0 loss."Like every great leader, you find the right time to leave the club," said Keown, as per the BBC. That moment has gone since, long ago. Now he's trying to get a performance from players who are looking over their shoulder at who's coming in next."Who can Arsene turn to in that changing room now? But he's put himself in that position, there's no players for him after getting rid of people like Giroud."On the pitch, it didn't look like there were many players fighting for their manager."I'm not looking forward to the Brighton game," Keown added. "If they lose that as well it really tests the club. He may even ask the club 'do you want to keep me here' because it's turned that sour."

Fans react to Wenger's incredible post-match comment

Speaking in his post-match press conference, the veteran manager said something very bizarre which left Arsenal fans completely dumbstruck.

"I felt it was a game of top intensity," Wenger told reporters.

"I think we produced physically our highest performance of the season.

"I knew the first half could be difficult for us because we came out of Sunday with low confidence."

It was physically Arsenal's "highest performance" of the season?

Wenger taken the word 'delusional' to a whole new level.
