Over recent days, many WWE fans have been talking about the career of Big Show, as his contract with the company apparently ran out earlier this week. However, word from the man himself indicates that his WWE career isn't over yet.

The World's Largest Athlete has not been seen in the WWE since he was thrown through the side of a steel cage by Braun Strowman during an episode of Monday Night Raw in September last year. The angle was created so he could take some time off to have hip surgery.

That hip surgery was successful and since then, Big Show has been hitting the gym to keep himself in shape so that he is ready to return to the ring once his hip is healed. However, many fans had noticed that his current contract with the WWE was reaching its end.

Hearing that WWE may have allowed Show's contract to expire, fans sent out their 'Thank You's to him in social media, but the man himself has provided fans with an update about his status with the company that fans will love to hear.

During a recent interview with UPI, The World's Largest Athlete talked about various different wrestling topics including his current contract status with the WWE. This was where he revealed that he was not done with the company at all.

Big Show informed UPI that he will be coming back to WWE, and he will "definitely be back by WrestleMania," meaning he could potentially be having one last hurrah at The Showcase of the Immortals later this year before retiring as an in-ring performer and riding off into the sunset.

WrestleMania 34 would be the perfect stage for Big Show to finish his career, as he is one of the longest-serving and most beloved WWE superstars of all time, being a seven-time world champion, as well as an 11-time tag team champion, and a grand slam champion.

The World's Largest Athlete's in-ring career has been winding down in recent years, as he hasn't held a title in WWE since 2013, and he's mainly been a mid-carder since then due to injuries, as well as to help elevate the up-and-coming superstars in the company.

Nevertheless, Big Show's career is Hall of Fame worthy, so it's good to see that WWE is giving him the send off he deserves, potentially at WrestleMania 34 later this year.
