Swansea manager Paulo Sousa has released Spanish midfielder Guillem Bauza.
The 25-year-old, who was signed by former boss Roberto Martinez three years ago, made 49 league appearances for the Swans and scored nine goals in the process.
However, after starting just three games this season due to a succession of injury problems, he follows Marcos Painter, who recently signed for Brighton, out of the exit door at the Liberty Stadium.
"As a manager you always have tough decisions to make," Sousa told the club's official website. "Bussy [Bauza] has played an important part in the club's recent rise and I'm sure everyone would like to thank him for his efforts."
Sousa has also opted to release youngsters James Burgin, Daniel Sheehan and Kieran Howard.
