Ronda Rousey has caused quite a stir since joining WWE.

The former UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion first appeared at the 2018 Royal Rumble back in January, where she made clear her intentions of going to WrestleMania.

Until last week at Raw's Elimination Chamber PPV, Rousey hadn't since been seen on WWE TV. But she finally returned to sign her full-time contract, joining the red brand.

Of course, things didn't exactly go to plan, with Rousey slamming Triple H through a table and taking a slap from Stephanie McMahon for doing so.

The following night on Raw, she had another showdown with the couple, this time defending Kurt Angle and receiving an apology from Stephanie.

Although brief, Rousey's appearances have set up a match at WrestleMania on April 8, where she's expected to go head to head against HHH and McMahon, with a partner of her choosing.

It's fair to say there's quite a hype around that match and it could be one of the best on what's already a stacked card for this year's big event.

But as Rousey has been given a ticket to compete at "The Showcase of the Immortals" after just a few appearances in WWE, some have been questioning how fair that is on the rest of the women's roster.

In fact, Smackdown's champion Charlotte has even tweeted a warning to Rousey, claiming that signing her contact will be the easiest thing Rousey will ever do in "her" ring.

Similarly, Randy Orton also warned the former UFC star that she can't rely on her reputation in the WWE - suggesting that Rousey will have to earn opportunities.

But Bayley, who's held the Raw Women's Championship once before and will now have to face Rousey week in, week out, had a perfect response to her arrival.

Rather than believing that Rousey will take some of her hard-earned opportunities, Bayley thinks a big name can help the rest of the roster.

"She isn't taking my spot, she is not stopping me from achieving my dreams just because she is here," Bayley said, per Wrestling Inc.

"She has touched so many different people in the world of sports. People want to see Ronda Rousey because she is an attraction.

"I don't feel like she is taking the spotlight away from us - if anything it is pushing us to be better because she is getting that spotlight, so we have to push harder to keep our spot."

The Hugger went on to say that anyone who wants to take her spot will have to earn it.

"My goal is to be the women's champion, to main event on a regular basis, to be at WrestleMania. It doesn't matter to me who comes in, they are not taking my spot unless they earn it."

It's good to see Bayley so comfortable with Rousey's arrival - and if anything, it seems to have encouraged her to push even harder to get back to the top of the women's roster.
