Football fans all said the same thing about Marcus Rashford's first goal vs Liverpool

Manchester United vs Liverpool was billed by many as a battle for second place in the Premier League.

With Manchester City running away with the title, the fight for the silver medal is one of the most interesting in the top half of the table, with Tottenham also involved in a three-team fight.

Liverpool arrived at Old Trafford in a rich vein of form, with the deadly trio of Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane scoring goals for fun.

However, even without Paul Pogba, United exerted their dominance in the early stages of the game, taking a 2-0 lead after just 25 minutes.

Marcus Rashford was the man who scored both goals, with the young Englishman coming in to replace the injured Anthony Martial, with Jesse Lingard dropping to the bench.

His first goal was an absolute peach, sending Trent Alexander-Arnold for a hotdog and unleashing an unstoppable shot past Loris Karius.

And, eagle-eyed football fans all made a very similar point the goal, stating that it was exactly the type of goal you would score on Fifa 18 with the young Englishman.

Rashford is certainly one of the most feared players on the game with his electrifying pace and ridiculously overpowered finishing.

However, after his stunning early brace, United fans may be entitled to say EA Sports’ finishing statistics are pretty accurate.

He’s now nailed on to get an in-form come Wednesday and that card will certainly be one of the finest on the game.
