Ronda Rousey is officially a WWE Superstar and her first-ever match is set to go down at WrestleMania 34 next month.

She is scheduled to partner up with Monday Night RAW General Manager Kurt Angle against WWE COO Triple H and RAW Commissioner Stephanie McMahon in a Mixed Tag Team match. It's one of the most anticipated matches on the WrestleMania 34 card.

Initially WWE had Rousey scheduled to appear on every episode of Monday Night RAW leading up to WrestleMania. It seems like those plans have now changed as "The Rowdy One" missed last night's (Mon. March 12, 2018) episode of RAW.

Per a report from Ringside News, Rousey will no only be appearing on the Monday Night RAW before WrestleMania 34. That episode takes place on April 2nd from the Phillips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.

It's unknown why WWE initially had her advertised for every episode of RAW before Mania, but then at the last second change their minds and remove her from the schedule.

Rousey made her WWE debut immediately after the first-ever Women's Royal Rumble match, which was won by Asuka. "The Rowdy One" came out to confront RAW Women's Champion Alexa Bliss, SmackDown Live Women's Champion Charlotte Flair, and Asuka.

She pointed at the WrestleMania 34 sign and indicated her intentions to wrestle at the event. A few weeks later on RAW she challenged Stephanie McMahon to a match at WrestleMania, as her storyline WWE contract allows her to choose her opponent for the event.

Kurt Angle, who had his own issues with Triple H, said he'd partner with Rousey and make the match a Mixed Tag Team match. WWE seems to be slowly developing Rousey inside the ring for a future singles run.

Rousey will likely challenge for a WWE Women's Title down the road, perhaps next year at WrestleMania 35.

What are your thoughts on WWE taking Ronda Rousey off of several Monday Night RAWs before WrestleMania 34? Do you think it's a mistake to only have her on the RAW before Mania instead of having the former UFC women's bantamweight champ on every show? And how do you expect Rousey to perform when the bright lights are on her at "The Show Of Shows?" Have YOUR say in the comments section below, and the fourth episode of GiveMeSport’s WWE podcast is here!
