British boxing superstar Anthony Joshua has taken a sly dig at his heavyweight rival Tyson Fury while appearing in the Gloves Are Off special programme to preview his fight with Joseph Parker this weekend.

In the episode, which you can watch in full further down the page, Joshua and the New Zealander are brought together face-to-face to discuss the fight, with pundit Johnny Nelson acting as the host.

Joshua is set to take on Parker in Cardiff on March 31, with the WBA, IBF and WBO titles all on the line.

As their big unification fight approaches, the speculation of Joshua finally going up against the very eager Tyson Fury also continues to grow stronger.

Fury has long made his ambitions known; since announcing his return to the sport, he has called out current world champ Joshua.

Fury is already well-acquainted with AJ's opponent this weekend, with Parker having beaten his cousin Hughie last year.

The pair remain friends and there has even been a suggestion that the Gypsy King could accompany the Kiwi on his walk to the ring in Cardiff.

Joshua was asked about the prospect of Fury accompanying Parker to the ring and issued a pretty stern response.

"I'll punch him out of the ring as well," AJ said, with a beaming smile.

"Tyson's a clown, man. I'm not worried about no one else."

Now we are even more keen to see Fury at the Principality Stadium on Saturday. There will be fireworks...

After that, Joshua was quick to praise Parker for stepping up to the challenge to face him, which other competitors have not done.

Providing Joshua is able to overcome the currently unbeaten Parker, calls for another epic heavyweight showdown against Fury or Deontay Wilder will only increase.

Judging by the confidence the 28-year-old showed in the Gloves Are Off, however, he will feel he can beat anyone in the world.
