WrestleMania 34 is shaping up to be a stacked card, with some absolutely massive matches taking place.

A staggering 14 bouts have been announced so far - and that’s not including John Cena’s clash against The Undertaker. There are big title matches, battle royals and one particular exciting debut which fans are eager to see.

WRESTLEMANIA

In a main event calibre match, Ronda Rousey makes her WWE debut at the Grandest Stage of Them All by teaming up with Monday Night RAW general manager Kurt Angle to take on the team of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon in a mixed tag team match.

Everyone is eager to see how Rousey will do. The former UFC star has been quietly training at the WWE Performance Center, but she’s going to have enough experienced stars around her to make sure her night is a success. The match hasn’t even happened yet and fans are looking ahead at what could be in store for Rousey.

Several names have been mentioned, but a WrestleMania 35 clash against the unbeaten Asuka is one which has drawn the most interest. However, while the focus is on Rousey and her future, fans are also left wondering whether teaming with Rousey will put Angle in a better position to compete more regularly in the future.

The RAW general manager was forced to step in at TLC to join The Shield when Roman Reigns was struck down with meningitis and even captained the red brand at the Survivor Series event. Despite that, there’s still an interest to see him compete more often.

Speaking to The Mirror, Stephanie didn’t sound too convincing when asked about Kurt’s future as she claimed it’s tough to judge whether this match can actually lead to more down the line.

UNCONVINCING

She said: “It's tough to say whether or not Kurt will be competing regularly again.

“I think he's doing an excellent job as the general manager of RAW, minus this huge faux pas in making this match! Kurt is an incredible athlete himself. He is an Olympic Gold Medallist. He was of Ronda's ilk in terms of making that transition.

“I think Ronda is another step beyond given her outside experience and star power that she brings with her, an already built-in audience, which is something that Kurt didn't necessarily have to the same scale, but Kurt in the ring is a force to be reckoned with as is Ronda.

“Triple H is no stranger to competing with Kurt Angle that's for sure and I know I am going to be relying very heavily on my husband in this match. He is The Game, he's the Cerebral Assassin, he's the King of Kings and I'm incredibly proud to be standing by his side.”

Fans won’t be too convinced, as this was an opportunity to pique their interest further by confirming that we might see more of Angle in the future. Other than a potential Jason Jordan feud, there hasn’t been much speculation on who he could face down the line anyway.
