In case you hadn't heard, Cristiano Ronaldo done something pretty special on Tuesday night vs Juventus.

The Real Madrid superstar enjoyed arguably his finest hour, scoring the greatest goal of his illustrious career in Turin.

His 65th-minute bicycle kick will be forever remembered by those who saw it live, with the strike also turning a tricky tie in Los Blancos' favour - they went on to win 3-0.

The technique for the goal is simply one of the most beautiful things to watch on a football pitch, with Ronaldo jumping 2.4m in the air with his back to goal and then volleying home.

The way he executed it was simply perfect, but that might be down to the sheer number of times he's actually attempted to pull it off on a football pitch.

A video has surfaced showing all the times Ronaldo has tried to score with a bicycle kick and it makes for some fantastic viewing.

Some of these are so, so close. Others, well, aren't as good.

The amount he's attempted for Real Madrid is ridiculous.

The only other successful attempt came for Portugal against the Faroe Islands back in 2017, however, that strike was nowhere near the level we saw in Turin.

About half-way through the video, there is another one of Ronaldo's attempts for the national side against Azerbaijan back in 2008, which was actually wrongly disallowed.

Below is a more in-depth video of the incident.

Yeah, that definitely crossed the line...

Ronaldo's incredible goal drew a lot of reaction in the aftermath of the game, with Real's manager Zinedine Zidane giving quite a cheeky assessment of the superb strike.

"Cristiano's is one of the best goals in history, but mine in Glasgow was prettier," he said."You have to tip your hat to a goal of this quality.

"He does so many things and I'm happy for what he's achieved."

Bet it feels nice to finally pull off a skill you've been trying to perfect for years.
