Donnarumma's incredible 92nd minute save

He broke into the AC Milan first team as a 16-year-old and has been hailed as Gigi Buffon's natural successor ever since.

On Sunday, Donnarumma pulled off arguably the best save of his career to tip Milik's close range effort round the post.

No wonder he ran off celebrating.

Buffon, who did not become a member of the ‘100 club’ until the age of 21, has previously praised the "extraordinary" teenager who will surely continue to break records throughout his career.

"At the moment the most interesting [young goalkeeper] is Donnarumma," the Juventus keeper told Copa90 in 2017.

"At a European level he's the youngest and it's normal that there's curiosity surrounding him.

"He's a lad with extraordinary skills."

Donnarumma's save gave league leaders Juventus a chance to go six points clear of Napoli at the top with a win at home to Sampdoria.

The Old Lady were knocked out the Champions League by Real Madrid last week but look increasingly likely to win a seventh consecutive title.
