Whatever Mohamed Salah has touched this season has turned to gold.
The Egyptian international has been an absolute revelation for Liverpool after signing from Roma for £37.1 million last summer.
The 25-year-old helped himself to his 40th goal this season in Liverpool's 3-0 triumph at home to Bournemouth on Saturday, where he scored his 30th Premier League goal of the campaign in the process.
Salah's form has been so great that Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler believes he should be nominated for the Ballon d'Or at the end of the year.
"I’m putting on the tin hat before suggesting this but Mo Salah surely deserves to be in the running for the Ballon d’Or," Fowler explained in his column for the Mirror.
"Salah has been out of this world. That’s not me just being a rose-tinted Liverpool idiot (though yeah, I’m that too), that’s a striker recognising class in front of goal.
"So far, Salah has matched them [Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo], no doubt."

Salah is still in contention for honours both individually and collectively.
The Egyptian is in pole position to with the Premier League Golden Boot, where he currently has a five goal lead over Harry Kane, and he is also chasing Champions League glory with Liverpool after the club progressed to the semi-finals.
And Salah has no doubt what he'd rather win, claiming that he would give up any chance of winning the Golden Boot of it meant that his side won Europe's top club competition.
When asked whether he would rather win the Golden Boot or the Champions League, Salah said: "If you had a choice, then of course it is the Champions League.
"I have no doubt. To win the Champions League is huge for everyone. I don’t care about the rest."

Salah has endeared himself to Liverpool fans with his performances on the pitch and his attitude off it, and this will have undoubtedly made him even more popular.
SALAH ADMITS THE GOLDEN BOOT IS ON HIS MIND
Although Salah stated he would rather win the Champions League, he still has his eyes on winning both accolades, with Salah admitting that winning the Golden Boot is still on his mind.
“Of course it [the Premier League Golden Boot] is in my mind. I cannot lie – it is in my mind," he explained.
“You can see with the team everyone tries to pass the ball to me to help me. I am also sure that Tottenham’s players try to help Kane, and also Manchester City’s try to help Sergio Aguero.”
