The Greatest Royal Rumble event is edging closer and 10 huge matches have been announced for the show in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on April 27.

Every single championship - other than the women’s titles - are going to be on the line, but the WWE has also added some huge names to the event that is going to make it an unmissable evening.

GREATEST ROYAL RUMBLE

The Undertaker is going to be involved in a casket match against Rusev, Triple H goes one on one against John Cena but clearly, all eyes are going to be on that massive 50-man Royal Rumble match with the winner receiving a trophy - something WWE fans have classed as underwhelming.

Other than the prize, the Royal Rumble match is going be treated as normal. This includes entrants coming out after short intervals, while there are also going to be some surprise entrants featuring in the match.

WWE isn’t going to announce some of them for obvious reasons as they try to gauge natural surprising reactions.

However, they have under two weeks to reveal which current WWE stars are also going to throw their names into the hat and officially enter the Royal Rumble, or they might decide to not reveal every Monday Night RAW, SmackDown LIVE or even NXT star and have them enter as surprises too.

Although, they might have given away some big surprises on the WWENetwork.com splash page by showing a graphic of the Greatest Royal Rumble. While most of the graphic features many stars that have been announced, it also includes some that haven’t been officially announced to appear on the show as of this writing.

POTENTIAL SURPRISES

Some of the names that haven’t been announced but could feature based on the graphic include the likes of Kevin Owens, Kurt Angle, Big Cass and even new WWE Hall of Famer, Mark Henry.

However, some of the biggest surprises we could see enter the match based on the graphic are current SmackDown LIVE commissioner, Shane McMahon. Shane O’Mac recently competed at WrestleMania 34 alongside Daniel Bryan as they defeated Owens and Sami Zayn, despite reports suggesting he was suffering from diverticulitis.

Another big surprise we could see if the graphic is anything to go by The Great Khali, who is featured on the far left side on the third row, right next to Chris Jericho.

Finally, another big surprise we could see is the return of Rey Mysterio once again.

Mysterio is featured right in the middle of the graphic in between Angle and Shinsuke Nakamura, who battles AJ Styles for the WWE Championship on the same night.

There have been plenty of rumours regarding if and when Mysterio will be returning to the company, and this could either be the start of another run in the company, or it could be a one-off like we saw in the Royal Rumble match in January.

While there’s obviously going to be understandable scepticism regarding the graphic and what it could have revealed, keep in mind that Kane was recently removed from the match - and he’s nowhere to be seen on the same graphic on WWENetwork.com.
