Marouane Fellaini's tumultuous spell at Manchester United looks to be reaching its conclusion.
Fellaini has only featured 18 times for the club this season as he has found first team opportunities hard to come by.
The Belgian's contract runs out this summer and he looks unlikely to sign a new one.
And the Daily Mail reported earlier on Wednesday that he wants to leave the club as he has not felt appreciated since joining in 2013.
"Friends of the 30–year-old say he believes he has one final payday in his career and feels that he has never been accepted by the United board or the club's supporters," the report reads.
"China and the United States are potential destinations - although the former Everton man is willing to listen to offers from England and abroad."
FELLAINI STARTS VS BOURNEMOUTH
With Man United almost certain to finish in a Champions League spot in the league, Mourinho decided to rest a number of his star players for the trip to Bournemouth on Wednesday night.
Alexis Sanchez, Romelu Lukaku and Nemanja Matic were among the names that were dropped to the bench, whereas a number of fringe players got their chance.
That included Fellaini.
The Belgian started a Premier League game for the first time since September, and to be fair to him, he had a decent game.
One moment in particular caught the eyes of football fans watching around the world.
As mentioned, Fellaini has not started a game for United in a while and he clearly wanted to impress.
So what did he do? Well he decided to showcase his skills.
The Belgian is not exactly known for his trickery, but he managed to produce a 'Ronaldo chop' just a few minutes into the first half.
Yes, seriously. Watch it below.
Incredible. Fellaini's time as a Man United player looks certain to come to and end this summer, but that did not stop him enjoying himself against Bournemouth.
Man United fans could not believe what they were seeing on Twitter.
MAN UNITED EDGE THE WIN
Fellaini helped Man United to a 2-0 victory at the Vitality Stadium thanks to goals from Chris Smalling and Romelu Lukaku.
That gives Mourinho's side a comfortable 14 point lead over Chelsea in 5th place, meaning they have all but secured a spot in next year's Champions League.
Man United now turn their attention to Saturday's FA Cup semi-final against Tottenham at Wembley.
