Heavyweight king Stipe Miocic is one of the UFC's champions that holds themselves to a very high standard.

In other words, he'd never act out the way former 155-pound champ Conor McGregor did in Brooklyn a few weeks ago.

Now-lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov confronted McGregor's training partner, Artem Lobov, in their UFC 203 hotel.

The Russian and his team surrounded Lobov and warned him not to talk trash about him. This angered the Irishman, who chartered a private jet for himself and his entourage with the intention of seeking revenge on Nurmagomedov.

McGregor and his team swarmed the Barclays Center parking lot and attacked a pair of UFC fighter buses. The Notorious One actually threw a dolly at one of the busses and injured two fighters, forcing them to pull out of their respective fights.

The Irishman was subsequently arrested and charged for his crimes. Now his fighting future is up in the air as he was reportedly nearing a deal to return to the cage soon.

UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic recently did an interview with ESPN to offer his thoughts on the matter.

He is getting set to defend his throne against UFC light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on July 7th.

In regards to McGregor's actions, Miocic hilariously explained that he'd never act out that way because his mom would 'destroy' him and his wife would 'kill' him (quotes via MMA Fighting):

“Yeah, I would never do that. Like, to that point. I understand that he was trying to back his boy up, but also I understand you can’t be doing that,” Miocic said.

“People got hurt. I’m constant, I’m always doing the right thing, that’s the way I was raised.

“And if I did that, honestly, my mom would destroy me. My wife would kill me.

"Like, who do you think you are? I would never do anything like that, I would just be who I am. I would do it a different way.”

What are your thoughts on Miocic saying that he'd never act out the way McGregor did because of the way his mom and wife would lash out at him? How do you think he fares against Cormier inside the cage? And what did you make of McGregor's antics? Let us know your thoughts on the matter in the comments section below!
