Liverpool unveiled their new home kit for the 2018/19 season on Thursday and the reception it received from fans and the media alike was very positive.
In a break in tradition, the Reds' latest strip features a smart collar, a retro print and retains the deep red colour scheme that made this season's number so popular.
It's simple yet classy, which is why captain Jordan Henderson believes it will once again be a hit with the club's devoted fans.
"Our kit isn't just something we wear to play - it is part of who we are as a team," he said at the launch. "We feel immensely proud when pulling on the LFC home shirt.
"It means more to us than you could even imagine; after all, Liverpool Football Club is like no other.
"I have no doubt that our fans will love the new kit and will wear it with pride when supporting us this coming season."
Big things are expected of Liverpool next campaign having basically secured their place in the top four this season and reached the Champions League semi-finals.
LIVERPOOL GUNNING FOR GLORY
With Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane spearheading the attack, Virgil van Dijk marshalling the back four and Jurgen Klopp on the sidelines, something special is happening.
The Reds are only a couple of players away from truly challenging for the Premier League title and the fact they have Naby Keita arriving this summer means they're well on their way.
A new centre-back wouldn't go amiss, too, to challenge the aforementioned Van Dijk and Dejan Lovren for starting births.
There's a lot of excitement building around Anfield, yet Liverpool fans have noticed something sad after a "behind-the-scenes" video was released of the kit launch.
In the footage below, which features the likes of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Salah, Firmino and Van Dijk, Emre Can is nowhere to be seen. He also hasn't featured in any of the promo pictures.
WHERE ARE YOU, EMRE?
Can is one of Liverpool's biggest names, so you would expect him to feature in the kit launch unless something was happening behind closed doors.
And Kopites think it means that the German is now guaranteed to leave this summer, most likely to Juventus.
