Chris Smalling, meanwhile, is only two goals behind Rashford on four.However, the starlet showcased his extraordinary talent in United’s 2-1 victory over Liverpool at Old Trafford last month.It was local lad Rashford who scored both goals for the Red Devils, much to the delight of the club’s supporters.Rashford’s game time has been limited following the arrival of Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal in January and some people believe he may need to leave Old Trafford in order to fulfil his potential.However, as mentioned earlier, he has still played 47 times this season. He’s been handed more opportunities than most 20-year-olds would get at a club like United.
Rashford reveals what Cristiano has sent him
One man, however, who has clearly been impressed with what he’s seen from Rashford this season is none other than Cristiano Ronaldo.
On Wednesday evening, Rashford showed off a signed shirt that he’s received from the Real Madrid superstar, alongside a personalised message.
It reads: “To Marcus. Keep up the good work.”
That’s then followed by Ronaldo’s signature.

Manchester United fans love that Ronaldo has taken the time to send Rashford a shirt along with a personal message.
It will mean the world to United’s current No. 19, who should be part of the England squad for this summer’s World Cup finals in Russia.
He also has the backing of Mourinho, who sung the youngster’s praises last month.
“The good thing with Marcus is he can play in the three attacking positions so, even when he doesn’t start, to be on the bench is such a security for me and for the team,” the Portuguese coach told United’s official website.
“Marcus is a fantastic boy. He is also very grounded and, for sure, we love him, and we believe in him and he’s going to have the chances to keep developing.”
