Samoa Joe has finally healed up from injury and is ready to get back inside the ring to challenge for a WWE World Championship.

The Destroyer has stepped into the highest calibre of competition in WWE, taking on Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at the Great Balls Of Fire PPV last year in July. Although he put up quite the fight, Joe came up a bit short in his bid for the title.

During his feud with The Beast, Joe showed little to no fear towards the ex-UFC heavyweight champion. Currently Joe is on SmackDown Live and can no longer challenge for the Universal Title.

Instead, Lesnar will defend his title against Roman Reigns tomorrow night in Saudi Arabia at the Greatest Royal Rumble event inside a Steel Cage.

Recently, Joe was interviewed by The National to promote the event and discussed his feud with Lesnar last year. Joe explained why he doesn't have any fear towards The Beast and doesn't understand why other men do (quotes via Wrestling Inc.):

"I watched grown men tap dance around Brock Lesnar because they are scared of him.

"There is an edict in the company that Brock Lesnar is a thing to be feared at all times and all this. I fear no man. I don't believe in and respect anyone who fears other men.

"You know, Brock Lesnar is like everybody else in the world. You go out, you smash him in the face, get in the grill. You have to get up close and personal with Brock Lesnar.

"If you are going up against a monster you better be a monster yourself. You have to have a monstrous fury in your heart because that is what it is going to take to beat that guy.

"I am not done with Brock Lesnar. Brock Lesnar knows that. He knows I am not scared of him."

What are your thoughts on Joe saying that he's not afraid of Brock Lesnar? Do you think that Lesnar and Joe will have a run-in with one another sometime down the road? And how did you enjoy their first feud and match at the Great Balls Of Fire pay-per-view (PPV)? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below!
