It’s been three weeks since Harry Kane ‘scored’ against Stoke and the jokes are still rife.Kane appealed to the Premier League to get a goal awarded to him as he chased Mohamed Salah in the race for the Golden Boot.Of course, it was Eriksen’s free-kick that Kane claimed he got a touch on and he, ultimately, took the goal away from him.So, after doing a shooting drill for Soccer AM, Eriksen saw his perfect chance to poke fun at Kane like everyone else.Eriksen, Kane, Pochettino and assistant manager Jesus Perez had to hit plastic bottles in the goal with shots to score points. One of Kane’s shots hit the back of the net which forced one of the bottles to fall. While he claimed it, the other three refused to give him a point. At the end, the striker was frustrated and claimed there were “a few dodgy decisions” before congratulating Pochettino on his victory.

ERIKSEN PRODUCED A HARRY KANE JOKE

And Eriksen can be heard making a cheeky joke.

“He might appeal it!” he said.

Eriksen and Perez found it funny but Pochettino and Kane didn’t appear impressed.

Take a look:

Recently, the FA had to apologise for their tweet about Chris Smalling ‘pocketing’ Kane during the FA Cup semi-final.

Also, Players union chairman Ben Purkiss said sorry for his cheeky gag in his speech at the PFA awards where he said: “Harry Kane is so prolific that he is able to score without touching the ball.”

And on Friday, Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino admitted he has been “disappointed” and that Kane was “very sad” by the whole incident.

“It was embarrassing, no?” Pochettino said of the tweet. “It was a shame, because the FA is English football and Harry is a potential captain at the World Cup. It is difficult to understand, very difficult, and they have apologised about that.

“The situation disappointed me. The fact it happened and then they apologised after a few days. But move on. That is the reality. We need to protect our assets, our English players, our young players.

“Harry was very sad [about the FA’s tweet].

"But he’s strong in his mind. He’s moved on. We are helping him to move on. It was a mistake and he needs to move on quick.”

Well, if Kane is actually “very sad” about all of the jokes, then Christian Eriksen is a very brave man.
