Boxing rivalries don't get much more bitter than David Haye and Tony Bellew.

Bellew upset the odds in the first encounter as Haye's camp threw in the towel in the 11th round, and on Saturday night, we get to see them do it all over again.

The two have traded all the insults that we expected over recent weeks as the build-up intensifies. And, this time it has been Haye's trainer Ismael Salas who has copped it from Bellew, who's made an extraordinary claim.

Speaking to iFL Tv presenter Kugan Cassius, Bellew claimed that Haye's trainer doesn't even like him.

"I was very respectful and very nice (to Salas), but then...he must have bit on something that I said. I said David's the most dangerous forearm fighter in the world, which I believe he is. I think he's pound for pound one of the biggest punchers in the world.

"Once again, I'm giving the guy compliments, and before you know it, this little fella has just snapped at me. I couldn't even understand what he was saying."

"What did you call him again, I can't remember," probes Cassius.

"He threw a few insults at me so I just referred to him as Mr. Miyagi."

Cassius then stirs the pot: "I've just interviewed him (Haye) now and he thinks you're punch-drunk.

Bellew responds by saying: "I don't think Sky Sports think I'm punch-drunk when they're asking me to be a pundit, so I'm doing okay. If anyone's punch-drunk, then it's Ismael Salas for letting go of a world-class fighter like Jorge Linares.

"And, I honestly don't believe he actually likes David Haye. I'm told he doesn't like the way he speaks to him and he degrades him, but you know, some people will do anything for money."

When questioned by Cassius where he's got that idea from, Bellew responds: "It doesn't matter where I've heard it. Little rumours fly around, don't they. Some people talk."

Bellew also launched a scathing attack on David Haye's attitude towards staff, questioning how Ruben Tabares was the only ever-present member of the Hayemaker camp.

"He's amazing isn't he; he's the only man who's stayed on Team Haye the whole time.

"All the trainers have been sacked, the nutritionists have moved on but the strength and conditioning guy is the one that's stayed when he's (Haye) always complained about people's training methods. 'I was injured because of people's training methods', but yet Ruben keeps his job. I don't understand it, Kugs."

Bellew is certainly stoking the fire ahead of the mouth-watering clash this weekend. Whether he lives up to his attacks remains to be seen, though.

Not long until we find out.
