Tyson 'Gypsy King' Fury, who has never been far from the headlines since his 2015 world heavyweight victory over Wladimir Klitschko, is set to make his professional comeback to the ring on June 9.

Fury has been out of the ring for nearly three years due to personal issues and legal battles, but is eager to make his return against a still-to-be-decided opponent at the Manchester Arena.

The last time Fury was in the ring was when he claimed the WBA, IBF, and WBO titles from Klitschko, which all now belong to current world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, and Fury is fully focused on an eventual showdown with the poster boy.

When speaking in an interview on ITV's Good Morning Britain, alongside promoter Frank Warren, Fury was full of confidence when asked if he believes could beat AJ.

"Of course I do or I wouldn't be sat here today. I'd be off in Spain drinking a sangria somewhere," he said.

"Of course I think I have the ability, I just think I have too much movement and natural boxing skill to lose to somebody like that.

"He's very tough and strong and he has a lot of learned ability, but he doesn't have the natural gift of the sweet science."

Despite calling himself 'The Real Heavyweight Champion', Fury admires his potential opponent.

"I'm very proud of what he's done, he's achieved a lot in the sport and he's an inspiration to young people coming through."

Tyson Fury is hoping to continue his unbeaten professional record in June, and despite his opponent still being undecided, there are some favourites as to who it may be.

Raphael Zumbano Love or Denis Bakhtov; who were both knocked out by AJ in the second round are being considerer, as is Arnold Gjergjaj, or the relatively inexperienced Sean Turner, who has a record of 12-2.

Whilst Fury has his heart set on a dethroning of Anthony Joshua, he needs to stay focused on winning his comeback bout against whoever it may be.
