David Haye and his opponent Tony Bellew were recently given the chance to watch and commentate on the last time they went toe-to-toe.

Both boxers are preparing for a rematch of the fight which took place nearly 14 months ago and was remembered by many as one of the fiercest battles in recent years.

That night it was Bellew who picked up the shock victory in the 11th round after Haye's team threw the towel in to protect their heavily injured heavyweight.

For the first time on camera, the duo have relived the previous fight round by round and it's safe to say one person enjoyed the experience a lot more than the other.

Watching everything from the ring walk to the towel, it is fascinating to Bellew analyse his performance.

Understandably, Haye was a lot more self-critical of his performance and actually refused to watch the fight after the sixth round - where he suffered the Achilles injury.

"End of the sixth round, don't need to see anymore because whatever happened from the sixth round onwards is never going to happen ever again and it would be a waste of time analysing it," the Hayemaker claimed.

Of course, Bellew was more than happy to commentate on the closing stages.

"So I want him to attack but he's trying to take centre stage and just jab and I'm just trying to edge him back," Bellew says.

"I've got him to the ropes. I go in, show him a little feint then pop with the jab, big left hook, big right hand, big left hook on the side of the head.

"David wants to carry on fighting but I've dropped him. His legs have gone underneath him.

"Shane [McGuigan] comes in, throws the towel in and the rest is history."

If this weekend's fight is anything like the first one, boxing fans are in for a real treat.
