LeBron James was once again the nemesis of the Toronto Raptors as he put on a classic performance to lead the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 2-0 series lead. After taking advantage of the Raptors' collapse late in game one to win in overtime, the Cavs took confidence from that and blew Toronto off their home floor with a second-half surge to claim a huge 128-110 victory. James led all scorers as he posted a double-double of 43 points and 14 assists and was in control of the game for much of the night.

The four-time MVP shot an efficient 19-of-28 from the field and became the first player in NBA playoff history to put up a 40-point, 14-assist game, according to Elias Sports Bureau.

The King also added eight rebounds and narrowly missed out on his 22nd postseason triple-double.

As well as LeBron, the Cavaliers finally got a big game from All-Star Kevin Love who had been struggling throughout the playoffs.

The power forward bounced back from a seven-point outing in game one to contribute an impressive double-double of 31 points and 11 rebounds.

For the Raptors, it's an eighth consecutive postseason loss against Cleveland and puts them in a huge hole heading to Ohio for Saturday's game three trailing 2-0.

They were led by DeMar DeRozan who had 24 points but shot just 11-of-23 from the floor and 0-of-5 from three-point range.

Kyle Lowry had a more efficient night as he was 7-of-10 for 21 points but many of those came in the first half and he wasn't able to assert himself offensively in the second.

The series will now shift to The Land with LeBron and co. in total control.

The Boston Celtics overcame a 22-point deficit to secure back-to-back wins over the Philadelphia 76ers and take a 2-0 lead in their Eastern Conference semi-final series.

The youngsters continue to come of age for the C's as rookie Jayson Tatum enjoyed another fine performance as they claimed a 108-103 win in front of a raucous crowd at TD Garden.

He had a team-high 21 points on 7-of-14 shooting and was one of six Celtics players in double figures on the night.

Terry Rozier added 20 points, nine assists and seven rebounds and Marcus Smart also produced a strong offensive display with 19.

The Sixers used a huge run at the beginning of the second quarter to take a 46-28 lead as they looked rejuvenated following a sluggish display in game one.

But as they have done all season, Boston mounted a comeback and took a 76-68 lead in the third which capped an incredible 50-20 run.

The game eventually came down to the final seconds but it was the Celtics who made the big plays in clutch time to secure another home win.

This was despite the 76ers having three players scoring 20+ points. J.J. Redick led the team with 23, Robert Covington had 22 and Joel Embiid added 20 points and 14 rebounds.

But it was a night to forget for rookie Ben Simmons as he had arguably the worst game of his young career, scoring just one point and missing all four of his shot attempts.

This series will now switch to Philadelphia for a vital game three for the Sixers.
