David Haye's former coach has revealed why he left the Tony Bellew fight early on Saturday evening at the O2 Arena.Gary Logan, who assisted Adam Booth as Haye's coach between 2011 and 2014, was at the O2 on Saturday night to watch the long awaited rematch fight between Haye and Bellew.Haye was hoping to get revenge on Bellew in a rematch fight that at times felt like was never going to happen, with the Hayemaker having to push the fight back because of injury. However, the former coach of Haye had got up from his seat and made his way out of the arena at the end of the fourth round, missing the final moments that led to Haye's defeat.Logan took to social media to express how he felt about the whole situation.Logan posted in a tweet: "I can’t read about it for a while and very much doubt I’ll ever watch it again!"I got up and left the arena at end of fourth round and heard result as I got outside. Congrats to Tony, but a sad day for all who knew the Hayemaker at his best."I've known David since he was 15... been a (sometimes frustrating) pleasure to witness road to world titles/stardom."Always sad when fighters go too long, too common a thing in history of boxing. In last 40 years only Lennox [Lewis], Money [Floyd Mayweather] and [Andre] Ward have gone at the top."

Haye was knocked down a number of times during the fight, but it all got to much for the former world champion.

"Tony boxed better than I did, plain and simple, and the better man won." Haye said.

"Nobody can say they didn't get a good night's entertainment. They definitely got their money's worth, but the better man won on the night, Tony Bellew, so congratulations to him."

Going into the fight, Bellew was considered the underdog, but is currently enjoying his finest run of his career, which has now seen him come out on top in two fights against Haye.

The 35-year-old said: "I was waiting for the perfect moment. I'm a clever cat. Not bad for a fat Scouser. I'm a clever man, I have brains, I have skills. I know what I can do.

"Doubt me now. Doubt me now, you fools.

"You all judge me on aesthetically how I look. You all judge me, just because I am a little fat Scouser."
