In exactly a month's time, Tyson Fury will finally make his long-awaited return to boxing at the Manchester Arena (June 9).

It's been nearly three years since the Gypsy King last stepped in the ring, when he famously beat Wladimir Klitschko by unanimous decision in Dusseldorf, Germany.

Since then, Fury has fought with depression, been accused of doping, lost his boxing license and ballooned to 27 stone.

But now he's back and his mission is simple: to return to the top of heavyweight boxing.

Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder stand in Fury's way and it's looking very likely the 29-year-old will face one of them in the next 12-18 months.

Fury believes he's better, stronger and fitter than ever before and it's all because of the hard work he's put in over the past nine months.

He's reportedly lost seven stone and speaking on Good Morning Britain recently he explained how that's happened.

SHAPE OF HIS LIFE

"Basically, I just have a low carb diet and train really hard," said Fury, who also admitted to drinking lots of black coffee.

"I do get very hungry but I just think to myself, 'Do I want to be fat when I look in the mirror or do I want to look in shape?'"

It has to be said that Fury looks in phenomenal shape and his latest Instagram posts just show how much his body had transformed over the past year. Check it out.

What a transformation. Fury hasn't just lost weight but he seems to have put some muscle on, too, which is great news where his imminent return is concerned.

Becoming world heavyweight champion again is the goal and Fury believes he has what it takes: "Of course I do. If I didn't, I wouldn't be sat here, would I?

"Of course I think I have the ability. I think I have too much movement and natural boxing skill to lose to somebody like that.

"He (Joshua) is very tough and strong and he has a lot of learnt ability but he doesn't have the natural gift of the sweet science."
