Daniel Bryan is finally back with the WWE as a full-time in-ring performer and members of the YES! movement couldn't be happier.

Its been a long and hard road for Bryan since suffering a string of concussion-related injuries over the course of his career, but it seems that he has gotten them under control and is finally able to return to doing what he loves - wrestling inside the WWE ring.

Several years ago Bryan was forced to retire on live TV from wrestling for WWE after it was revealed he had a lesion in his brain and had suffered from a pair of seizures as well.

Bryan went through a very deep case of depression before being influenced to try and get cleared by doctors to wrestle again.

When it was revealed that his condition may not have been as bad as initially believed, there was hope for a possible return.

Bryan was cleared by non-WWE medical staff for a return, as he sought out several specialists across the country. After getting cleared by several WWE-recommended doctors, the company decided to clear him themselves.

He made his in-ring return at WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans last month when he teamed up with Shane McMahon to defeat Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.

Now, Bryan is ready to get back into the swing of things and has done a beautiful job of doing so thus far. He comes off a feud with Big Cass which came to a head when he defeated the seven-footer via submission at Backlash this past weekend.

In the end, Bryan is simply happy to be back wrestling for WWE after making it clear that if he wasn't cleared by them that he'd have gone elsewhere to continue his wrestling career.

However, just because Bryan has been cleared doesn't mean that he has a new deal in place with WWE. His contract with the company is still set to expire later this year.

This leaves the possibility open - could Bryan still leave WWE when his deal expires? Wrestling Observer Live reports that as of now the plan is to keep Bryan with the company past the expiration date of his contract.

While it's unclear if this means a new contract would be constructed, it certainly means that we can expect to see Bryan continue to work for WWE for the foreseeable future.

What are your thoughts on WWE keeping Bryan onboard after his contract expires? Do you think they'll be able to get a contract extension done beforehand? And who would you like to see Bryan feud with next? Let us know your thoughts on the matter in the comments section below!
