This WWE Hall of Famer has voiced his concern about Braun Strowman.

There’s no doubt about it, this WWE superstar is a monster among most men. Strowman has risen up the ranks in WWE in a short amount of time after making his main roster debut just a few short years ago as part of The Wyatt Family.

He has learned as he goes to be a top Superstar. It’s well known that WWE Chairman Vince McMahon is a fan of big men.

Just look at who he has pushed in the past. Superstars like Hulk Hogan, Andre The Giant, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, The Undertaker, Kane, The Big Show, and the list goes on and on.

WWE Hall of Famer Steve Austin recently gave out advice to various top WWE stars on a recent edition of his podcast including Strowman.

For years now, Steve Austin has been regarded as one of the biggest stars in the history of the sports entertainment company.

He has feuded with the biggest names in the history of professional wrestling including Vince McMahon, The Undertaker The Rock, Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, Triple H and the list goes on and on. He has held nearly every title that the company has to offer.

Austin held 19 championships throughout his wrestling career as he is a six-time WWE Champion, a two-time Intercontinental Champion and a four-time WWE Tag Team Champion, thus making him the fifth Triple Crown Champion in WWE history.

While also being a two-time WCW United States Heavyweight Champion, a two-time WCW World Television Champion, a one-time WCW World Tag Team Champion and a one-time NWA World Tag Team Champion in WCW.

He was forced to retire from in-ring competition in 2003 due to a series of knee injuries and a serious neck injury.

One of the signatures of the entrance of WWE Hall of Famer was usually him talking as he walked down the ramp

Throughout the rest of 2003 and 2004, he was featured as the Co-General Manager and Sheriff of Raw. Since 2005, he has continued to make occasional appearances, and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2009.

Here is what Austin had to say about the booking of Strowman (transcript courtesy of WrestleZone):

“He can work. I’ve been a fan for a couple of years now; but, you’ve got to be careful with what you do with Braun Strowman….dude, you’re Alpha. If you don’t get out there and work and act like Alpha every time you get into the ring, you play Beta or second to anybody, you’re going to start losing your mystique or power. I think Braun’s gotta be careful about that and I don’t want to see Braun Strowman do anything funny….with respect to booking Braun, they’re calling him Monster Among Men, Come Get These Hands and all this other stuff. He’s a little like Stone Cold and a lot like Braun Strowman.

I don’t need to see a 6’8″ 330 pound guy make me laugh, make me smile, bring any warmth to my body – I want to see him go out there and destroy and crush people because he’s capable of doing it and because his desire for the gold belt is so great that’s what drives him…he’s been a competitor his whole life…Braun Strowman, as well as he’s done over the last few years still has a ways to go and he’s not bullet proof. If you start puffing that kid up, you’re gonna diminish him.”
