With rumors of Nate Diaz getting ready to get back into the UFC's Octagon, it seems that the Stockton native is getting physical away from the cage.MMA Fighting reports that Diaz got into a physical altercation with fellow UFC fighter Clay Guida at a Combate Americas mixed martial arts (MMA) event last night that left Guida bloody.Diaz was in attendance to support his teammate and former UFC fighter, Chris Avila, who lost a unanimous decision to Horacio Gutierrez.Guida was also in attendance to support his teammate, Anthony Avila, who won his fight via decision over Jose Luis Verdugo. It seems that the physicality didn't stop between Guida and Diaz. The Ultimate Fighter season 27 contestant Tyler Diamond, a teammate of Guida, was at the event with Guida and took to Twitter to explain what he saw happen. Diamond said Diaz approached Guida from behind and shoved him.Diamond then tried to get in the middle of things and put a stop to it, but that only resulted in Diamond eating a Stockton Slap. He also said one member of Diaz's entourage rabbit punched him as well:

Combate Americas has commented on the matter and revealed they will be launching an investigation into the matter.

A representative from Diaz denied comment to MMA Fighting on the matter, and a member of Guida's camp also has not returned a request from comment.

Diaz hasn't competed inside the Octagon for almost two years since losing a Majority Decision to Conor McGregor in Las Vegas. The pair had initially met back in March of 2016 when Diaz handed McGregor the first loss of his UFC tenure.

This started a heated rivalry that led to their rematch several months later. Diaz was initially believed to hold out on fighting until he received his trilogy bout with McGregor, but now it seems he's ready to get back into the fight game and won't be waiting around for the Irishman anymore.

What are your thoughts on Diaz and Guida getting into a physical altercation at the Combate Americas event? Why do you think Diaz and Guida had such a beef with one another that things got physical? And do you think the UFC will offer out repercussions to these two men for what they've done? Let us know your thoughts on the matter in the comments section below!
