Liverpool manager Roy Hodgson is reportedly planning on raiding former club Fulham to sign left-back Paul Konchesky.
The News of the World reckon Konchesky is the latest player on Hodgson’s shortlist and will be a replacement for Emiliano Insua, who looks set to complete a £5 million switch to Fiorentina.
Since moving to anfield, Hodgson has been linked with a number of his old Fulham players, who he led to the Europa League final last season.
Danny Murphy and Brede Hangeland had previously been thought to be priorities for the former Inter Milan boss but he has recently spoken of his desire to bring in a left-back after losing Insua and Fabio Aurelio.
Hodgson has already brought in one English player to Anfield in Joe Cole and wants to bring more in as he tries to get the club back into the Champions League.
