Tyson Fury's comeback opponent on June 9 has finally been announced.Boxing lovers were left frustrated after the announcement wasn't made following Josh Warrington's victory over Lee Selby at Elland Road, like it was supposed to.However, fans weren't made to wait too much longer, with Fury's promoter Frank Warren revealing on Sunday that the Gypsy King will fight Sefer Seferi in Manchester. The 39-year-old Albanian stands pretty much zero chance of troubling Fury and is clearly being used to simply help him get rid of his ring rust after nearly three years out.Seferi's professional record isn't too bad at all, recording 23 wins and only losing on one occasion - 21 of those wins were by knockout. However, he hasn't really fought anyone of note and the fact he's recognised as a cruiserweight is rather bizarre.Seferi stands at just 5'10", handing Fury an enormous advantage with his 6'9" frame. What makes the fight even more strange is the fact that Fury said this week that he didn't want to fight Tony Bellew as he would 'properly hurt him'.He pointed to the fact that Bellew is more of a light heavyweight or cruiserweight and that his size advantage could result in serious injury. But that doesn't seem to matter for Seferi and it's a point boxing fans have been making on Twitter - and they're not too happy. Remember, Bellew stands at 6'3"...

BOXING FANS REACT

While it seems sensible that Fury wouldn't want to risk fighting someone as talented as Bellew on his comeback, it seems pretty silly that him and Warren would contradict his message so quickly.

Opting for Fury's long-time nemesis Shannon Briggs as his first fight back in the ring would certainly have appealed to boxing fans a lot more.

Nevertheless, the Manchester Arena is set to be packed come June 9 and the likes of Deontay Wilder and Anthony Joshua will be watching with a keen eye.
