Saturday's FA Cup defeat for Manchester United will be making the headlines for a few weeks it seems.
Chelsea's 1-0 win wasn't the most thrilling, nor were there many controversial incidents, but the stories already being leaked from the United camp hinting at player unrest is attracting a lot of attention.
Throughout the season, the likes of Luke Shaw, Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial have all been publicly criticised by Jose Mourinho, with the latter two being heavily discussed on Twitter after the final by football fans.
Rashford deputised for Romelu Lukaku as a central striker, turning in a bit of a disaster-class, while Martial emerged from the bench and looked United's best player in the final 20 minutes, with fans unsure how the Frenchman didn't start at Wembley.
The demise of the pair has been sad to see in 2018, with Rashford really feeling the brunt of Mourinho's no-nonsense style.
He was called out by the boss after United's 1-0 defeat way at Brighton and United fans appear to be nearing the end of their tether with the 20-year-old.
Sad right? Under Louis van Gaal, the world appeared to be Rashford's oyster, earning him comparisons with the likes of Kylian Mbappe and Gabriel Jesus.
Now, he appears to be declining rapidly, but Premier League legend Alan Shearer has provided some brilliant scope on the whole situation, which football fans should really take on board.
He wrote in The Sun: "I look at Marcus Rashford, 20, and remember all the youthful zeal and promise that we saw 18 months ago.
"Now we see a player with slumped shoulders who is short on confidence. And don’t come back to me with that age-old excuse he hasn’t had a decent run of games.
"He hadn’t had when he made his Premier League debut, when he started and scored twice against Arsenal.
"So that didn’t seem to hold him back then. This United looks to me like a group of players that are scared to try anything, to take a risk. Scared to do something that will make a difference. Too often their play is slow and sideways."
A scathing attack on Mourinho's stint at the club.
It seems the only way both Rashford and Martial are going to kickstart their careers is by leaving United, which will not go down well with the fans.
