British professional boxer Tyson Fury will be making a highly anticipated comeback into the boxing scene after a gap of nearly three years since last fighting Wladimir Klitschko to win the world title back in 2015.
A prolonged battle with health and mental issues, alongside the doping ban handed by the UKAD which later led to British Boxing Board of Control cancelling his boxing license, Fury has come a long way, but is now focused on reclaiming his glory inside the ring.
His comeback trail starts against Albanian power puncher Sefer Seferi on June 9 at the Manchester Arena, where his unbeaten record will be on the line.
Known as the knockout specialist, Seferi comes into the Fury fight with an impressive record of 23-1 – his only loss coming against WBA [Regular] champion Manuel Charr in September 2016 via unanimous decision.
With an experience of over a decade under his belt, Seferi last fought in March this year against Laszlo Hubert in Vienna, Austria, where he again secured a win through knockout in the second round.
A reason why Tyson Fury should not treat the upcoming bout lightly.
You can watch Fury’s 39-year-old rival in action in the video further down this article.
Seferi will not, by any stretch, be an easy outing for the Brit, who has to maintain focus as the Albanian is confident of outshining him in Fury’s own yard.
However, The Gypsy King is adamant that he is geared up for the contest and can’t wait to put up a grand show for his fans as they bare witness to a bigger, better version of the boxer in the coming days.

The 29-year-old said: “I can't wait to get in there and prove that I'm a better fighter than I've ever been.
“I'm coming into the prime of my career now and I've never felt better. I'm fitter, stronger and faster than the Fury of 2015.
“I'm delighted to be fighting at Manchester Arena for the first time and I'm promising fans a special performance to thank them for their loyal support.”
