The Western Conference Finals series between the Golden State Warriors and the Houston Rockets is now tied at 2-2 after another win for Houston earlier this week, but Golden State's Draymond Green is confident that his team can bounce back.

The Rockets defeated the Warriors 95-92 at the Oracle Arena in Oakland on Tuesday night as Golden State's defense couldn't slow down either James Harden or Chris Paul, who finished with 30 points and 27 respectively on the night.

While the Warriors might have only lost the game by three, and their star players Steph Curry and Kevin Durant may have scored 28 points and 27 points respectively, they simply missed too many opportunities throughout the contest to secure the result in their favour.

Backs Against The Wall

Speaking after Wednesday's practice at the University of Houston, via ESPN, Green said that the Warriors were 'pissed off' about the Game 4 result earlier in the week, but he has confidence that the team will respond in the right matter now that they have their backs against the wall.

The forward said: "[We're] kind of pissed off. We know we let one slip away. So, definitely guys are pissed off, but encouraged, as well. I love the way this team responds when our backs are against the wall. I don't mind our backs being against the wall, because I know what we're capable of, and I know the level of focus and intensity level that this team brings when that is the case.

"It is what it is. I think we blew a golden opportunity, but it's not one that we can't get back. We know we can go get it back, so it's no panic."

The Warriors led by as many as 12 points in the final quarter, so it's unsurprising that the Warriors were annoyed that they let one slip away. With so many missed opportunities to score, they should have come out of this game with the win, but they didn't.

They'll have a chance to retake the lead in the Western Conference Finals series when Game 5 between the Rockets and the Warriors takes place at the Toyota Center in Houston tonight.
