The Champions League final on Saturday is one of the biggest nights in Liverpool's history.
Liverpool fans are known for being one of the most passionate fanbases in the world, and tens of thousand are set to travel to Kiev ahead of the final.
But for some, their experience has been ruined.
Many booked their flights with specialist tour operator Worldchoice Sports, but the agency inexplicably cancelled three flights to Kiev which were due to leave on Friday and Saturday.
They released the following statement on their website about the cancellations.
“We have exhausted all avenues to try and get landing slots," they wrote.
"We have had them from Liverpool airport and Manchester airport and we have applied for slots in the correct manner and timeframe with the authorities. To reiterate this problem IS with Kiev.”
ROBBIE FOWLER TWEETS
Of course, their decision has sparked outrage.
It is believed 1,000 Liverpool fans have been affected by the cancellations.
And Robbie Fowler has now sent a passionate message to the agency.
Writing on Twitter, the Liverpool legend wrote: "Disgraceful @worldchoicespo .. you have a duty to look after the people who have booked flights with you.. SORT IT."
Well said, Robbie.
Around 1,000 Liverpool fans have been let down by the cancellations.
All of them have spent a considerable amount of money on travel, accommodation and their ticket, but it seems many are stranded in the UK as a result.
As Fowler states, it is disgraceful that the flights have been cancelled at the last minute.
They have let 1,000's of people down and ruined thousands of Liverpool fans' experience.
LIVERPOOL ENDEAVOURING TO CORRECT ISSUE
Time is fast running out to correct the issue, however.
There has still not been a solution and the final is just over 24 hours away.
But Liverpool have assured fans that they are trying their best to resolve the mess.
They issued a statement, saying: “Along with officials from Liverpool John Lennon airport, Liverpool city council, Uefa and the authorities in Kiev, Liverpool FC has been endeavouring to resolve the issue since it first came to light and will continue to do so until all avenues have been exhausted.”
Let's hope the thousands of fans affected by the cancellations can safely make their way over to Kiev in time for the final.
