Cardiff boss Dave Jones insists he is "fully committed" to the club amid speculation linking him with the vacancy at Fulham.

Newspaper reports last week suggested the Premier League side have turned their attention to Jones after failing to land Martin Jol.

But Jones told the club's official website: "I've had no approach whatsoever from Fulham. I'm here and fully committed, and over the past five years Cardiff City have had everything I've had."

He added: "You never say never in football because you don't know what's round the corner. People can easily think you're not doing well and then get rid of you.

"There's nothing to talk about, though - it's only speculation and I'm just getting on with my job here.

"I can assure our fans I'm 100% committed to the club and fully focused on getting things right, just as I always have been."
