Albanian boxer Sefer Seferi has told Tyson Fury that he will not be an easy win ahead of their upcoming meeting.

The 39-year-old eastern European heads to Manchester next month to face Fury after agreeing terms with Frank Warren.

The odds are well and truly stacked against Fury's opponent, with the 39-year-old Albanian having had just one heavyweight fight to his name - a defeat to Manuel Charr.

But, a respectful Seferi, who placed his opponent in the highest ranks of boxers this century, believes he is capable of upsetting the odds and defeating 27-year-old Fury on his run to another world title shot.

"This is going to be a hard fight for Fury," said Seferi. "I'm very disciplined and always ready to take on everyone and anyone.

"This will not be an easy night for him. I'm coming to Manchester to beat one of the boxing legends of the 21st century.

"He is tall and strong, but he won't be ready for the pressure that I will bring on June 9."

But, Seferi admitted that Fury's time out of the ring could be the vital factor over whether the Albanian finishes the night on either the losing or victorious side.

"Two-and-a-half years out of the ring is a long time and nobody knows if he is still the same fighter that dethroned Wladimir Klitschko.

"I am going to seize this opportunity with both hands," he concluded.

Seferi has been labelled as a guinea pig for Fury as he looks to shake off any cobwebs from a 31-month break, with it being impossible for Fury to jump straight into a bout with the reigning champions.

A win against Seferi could lead to a step-up in preparations for Fury before a possible top-15 opponent by the end of the year.

Who knows, maybe Anthony Joshua awaits somewhere down the line?
