Ipswich saw off non-league Leiston 2-0 in their latest pre-season friendly but paid the price as Alan Quinn and Luciano Civelli were both forced off to add to Roy Keane's injury woes.

Quinn sustained what is thought to be a groin injury in the first minute of the encounter, with Civelli following the midfielder back to the dressing room shortly after in what was only his fourth game back in the fold following a lengthy absence due to ligament damage.

Ronan Murray and David Cawley grabbed the goals to secure victory.
