Ricochet and Velveteen Dream are two of the best superstars in WWE's NXT division at the moment, and that point was further emphasized by what happened during their feud on this week's edition of NXT on Wednesday night.

Ricochet vs Velveteen Dream

Both Ricochet and Dream have been spoken of highly by many fans and wrestlers both inside and outside of the WWE.

The One And Only deserves his credit for being one of the best indie wrestlers WWE has ever signed, while The Vainglorious One has been talked about by many as WWE's next big star.

Even the likes of John Cena has referred to the 22-year-old as 'the one' the past week, while The Rock has said recently that Ricochet is a future world champion in the WWE.

He pulled out all the stops this week on NXT and executed an unbelievable move to shock wrestling fans around the world.

Then show me

After Ricochet had defeated the debuting Chris Dijak on the show, he stood in the middle of the ring and cut a promo on Dream, which forced The Vainglorious One to come out of the back and confront The One And Only, thus setting up their match for NXT TakeOver: Chicago next month.

Then, Dream insisted that anything Ricochet can do, he can do better, to which the babyface flipped through the air, landing on his feet in front of Dream and saying: "Then show me," leaving Dream's and many fans jaws dropped.

This probably has to be one of the best post-match promos across the entire WWE this year so far, and hopefully their upcoming match at NXT TakeOver: Chicago next month will follow suit. If anything we've seen so far is anything to go by, it's going to be a phenomenal clash.

Many WWE fans will be hoping that they don't have to wait much longer for these two to arrive on the company's main roster, where they could take their careers to a whole new level and reach their potential of two of the best wrestlers in the world.
