The day has finally arrived.

Tyson Fury makes his dramatic comeback in the boxing scene once again, promising to be even better than what he was when he last fought against Wladimir Klitschko back in November 2015.

Ever since regaining his boxing licence and the announcement of his bout with Albanian star Sefer Seferi, Fury has been active on social media platforms, calling out almost each and every one in the heavyweight division for a showdown.

Starting from unified champion Anthony Joshua to American ace Deontay Wilder, and also Tony Bellew, none have been spared from his wishlist.

In a recent interview with BBC Radio 5 Live’s Boxing with Costello & Bunce, the self-titled Gypsy King was asked what annoys him the most about the current era of boxers in the heavyweight category.

It took very little time for Fury to answer the question, as he replied instantly: “What annoys me most about the current heavyweights out there is that they’re all afraid to fight each other,” as per Daily Star.

The Brit is of the opinion that in order to prove their own supremacy, every fighter in the division should be willing to face off against the other giants in the category. He also cited the example of Mohammad Ali in the process.

“I believe that if any of us are going to go down and be great champions then we all need to knock each other about,” added the 29-year-old.

“Let’s just have Royal Rumbles and fight everybody.

“Let’s take it back to the good old days – the days of Muhammad Ali when he fought [Joe] Frazier, [George] Foreman, [Ken] Norton and everybody else.”

During his absence from the boxing scene, AJ and Wilder have dominated proceedings, with the former holding the WBA [Super], IBF, IBO and WBO belts, while the WBC title is in Wilder’s possession.

It remains to be seen if Fury can again recoup the form and fitness like previous years and regain his lost glory, challenging some of the eminent names of the division and reclaim the titles that were once around his waist.

As for a start, Fury fights Seferi in the highly anticipated bout at the Manchester Arena later tonight.
