If there's one thing every WWE superstar needs to remember - it's that you don't want to get on the wrong side of Vince McMahon.

We've seen countless times just how ruthless the chairman and CEO can be. Just ask Titus O'Neil. Back in 2016, O'Neil was suspended after trying to joke with his boss on SmackDown Live.

DON'T CROSS THE BOSS

He reportedly grabbed Vince's arm and said "ladies first" - as the boss walked up the ramp in front of Stephanie McMahon.

Titus Worldwide was hit with a 60-day suspension following his actions, literally for just trying to jostle with his boss in a jokey way. Ouch.

But he wasn't the first - and certainly won't be the last to pick up some backstage heat from WWE.

WRESTLEMANIA CONTROVERSY

In fact, even more recently, another WWE superstar has taken a huge amount of heat, for her actions at WrestleMania 34.

Ahead of the biggest event of the year, Alicia Fox made headlines for all the wrong reasons, getting into an altercation with Ronda Rousey's husband, Travis Browne.

A video surfaced online showing Fox getting in Browne's face and calling him rude before she tried to grab the camera that was filming her.

Arguably, as all eyes were on WWE in New Orleans that week, it certainly wasn't a good look for the company.

THE AFTERMATH

Unsurprisingly, Fox received a lot of backstage heat for her actions. Although the official line was that she's been "injured" since January - it's believed she recovered quite a long time ago.

She's been backstage at RAW recently - but has not been seen on WWE TV or in the ring - and that's apparently because she still has heat from WrestleMania, over two months later.

"They haven't been happy with her since she got into the verbal scuffle with Travis Browne over WrestleMania week," Mike Johnson of PWInsider revealed, per NoDQ.

"I don't think it's because it was Travis Browne or Ronda Rousey. It was 'you caused a scene on WrestleMania week.'

"People who have caused scenes over WrestleMania in the past - they usually end up on the outs because it's WrestleMania and the last thing Vince McMahon and the company want to worry about that week is a headache."

Even months later then, it's obvious that Vince is still annoyed with Fox's actions - and it's not clear when she'll actually make a return.

However, her contract is rumoured to expire this year - so don't be surprised if she's only seen a handful of times on WWE TV again.
