WWE's Greatest Royal Rumble event in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia wasn't the last major event the company was planning to take place outside of the US, and they confirmed that this week with their latest announcement.

Vince McMahon revealed what many expected to happen for the past few months, as he announced that WWE will be heading down under to host the Super Show-Down pay-per-view at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Australia.

SUPER SHOW-DOWN

With a 100,000 capacity to sell out, it's going to be another event which goes down in the history books as the company looks to extend its worldwide appeal - even though fans in the UK are claiming they are next in line to deserve a huge pay-per-view.

Just like the Greatest Royal Rumble, WWE is going all-out in Australia by announcing some huge names that are going to appear, such as Roman Reigns and Ronda Rousey. As of this writing, though, they have already confirmed one colossal encounter that will take place, where The Undertaker will battle Triple H for the very last time.

However, there is one interesting name that is scheduled to appear at the event which suggests he's going to stay with the WWE, despite reports claiming that he could end up leaving in a few months.

It's no secret that Daniel Bryan's contract on September 1, 2018. There has been a lot of speculation on what his future holds, with some outlets claiming he's guaranteed to be signing a new deal with WWE while others have stated that che's holding off on a new agreement and could dive into the independent scene again.

DANIEL BRYAN

WWE Super Show-Down takes place on October 6, 2018. This is over a month after Bryan's contract is set to expire and word is that he still hasn't signed anything right now, even though there are plans supposedly in the works for him to feud with The Miz once his rivalry with Big Cass comes to an end at Money in the Bank.

Naturally, fans are going to bring up the fact the cards are always subject to change, and those that have been named to appear won't always make it to the show.

However, considering it's a pay-per-view and not an ordinary live event abroad, it would be highly unlikely for the WWE to feature Bryan on the poster if Vince wasn't confident of keeping Bryan in WWE - especially as an exit would make him available for another big show, like All In.

He's not even hidden behind other stars; he's featured in the middle like a centrepiece, meaning he's one of the star attractions for the event in Australia.

Interestingly enough, Brock Lesnar isn't featured or announced.
