This week’s Monday Night RAW was arguably one of the best shows of the year so far.

Just one night after the Money in the Bank pay-per-view, WWE’s flagship show did not disappoint.

It was full of big announcements, huge matches and even some massive shocks.

THE BEST BITS

In the opening segment of the night, Ronda Rousey was suspended for 30 days by General Manager Kurt Angle, after she flipped out and attacked him and Alexa Bliss.

Following that, Seth Rollins lost his Intercontinental Championship to Dolph Ziggler, as he and his destructive partner Drew McIntyre caused more havoc.

But that wasn't even the main event. To close the show, Kevin Owens and Constable Baron Corbin took on Braun Strowman and Finn Balor.

Now, all of those segments were big parts of the show - but there was also another important moment that many people would have missed - or not even cared about.

WHAT WWE FANS MAY HAVE MISSED

In the penultimate matchup on this Monday's RAW, Mojo Rawley defeated No Way Jose.

It didn't last very long at all, but Rawley's quick and dominant pinfall victory set down a marker - and he's now apparently ready to take his career more seriously.

In fact, following the match, he was interviewed in the ring and said "I used to be known for staying hyped but now I'm about staying focused."

GETTING A FRESH PUSH

Following Rawley's change in attitude, Wrestling Observer Radio's Dave Meltzer suggested that he could be getting a new push on RAW in the coming weeks.

According to Meltzer, WWE are willing to give the mid-carder his chance and apparently, it was only decided as recently as this week.

“Mojo won which tells me that they decided they’re going to give him a chance," he said, per Ringside News.

"I don’t know how many weeks it will last but they decided this week. And he’s got a new finishing move, it’s a fireman’s carry and then he just drops the dude."

Up until now, Rawley has never had his shot anywhere near the main event scene. But it looks like his new attitude has been reflected backstage - and that's very good news for him.
