If WWE fans had to pick an MVP for the past week, then it's incredibly difficult to look further than Ronda Rousey. The former UFC bantamweight champion had plenty of doubters and detractors heading into Money in the Bank, where she had her first-ever singles match which just happened to be for the RAW Women's Championship against Nia Jax.

IMPRESSIVE PERFORMANCES

The Baddest Woman on the Planet went down as one of the highlights in Chicago.

She showed that she was made to be in the WWE in what was an incredible performance, and she continued that the following night on Monday Night RAW where she drew comparisons to Stone Cold Steve Austin.

In what turned out to be a brilliant segment, Rousey destroyed Alexa Bliss - the new RAW Women's Champion - and sent her crashing through a table before receiving a 30-day suspension for her troubles.

So, it comes as no surprise that WWE fans are claiming that she not only had one of the greatest debuts in history at WrestleMania 34, but she's a natural in her new career.

However, when praising Rousey's Money in the Bank efforts, Triple H revealed that only one superstar managed to grasp the WWE style quicker than Rousey - her fellow Olympian, Kurt Angle.

QUICK LEARNER

When Triple H and Shawn Michaels were talking to reporters at the Royal Albert Hall ahead of the WWE United Kingdom Championship, The Game said: "Yeah I’ll go first. Having spoken to her since the beginning of her passion and her drive for this to me made it perfectly reasonable that she might be this good at it.

"Once I kind of got in there with her the first time and just kind of got a feel for her natural movement in this.

"I’ve been saying it since the day that she signed with us and we started talking about it she’s gonna shock everybody. I’ve never seen anybody grab it as quickly as she has, and I – I mean Kurt Angle would probably be the closest to it because he just took like a fish to water with it.

"But, she has no right to be anywhere near as good as she is, but she just gets it, and she gets it gets it like not even more (Shawn adds) “from just the physical aspect” Yeah Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!

"Aspect more than - yeah she just gets it across the board and she wants to entertain, and she’s loved this probably from before anything else.

"It’s almost, you know, and she’ll say this and interviews, and I used to hear her saying any reason. That’s a nifty thing to say but like the whole, she truly believes that all the other stuff that she did was to get to this like, and when she would say it at first I was going at a cool way of saying it you know.

"But like, legit I think it is like this is what she was supposed to be doing.

"Her route to get here was different than everybody else’s her route to get there was you know going through judo and you know coming up through him and the whole thing to get to where she is right now, but it truly is like she’s it’s amazing.”

Rousey has made great strides in just a short amount of time.

At the rate she is continuing, it wouldn't be a surprise if she is the champion once SummerSlam is in the books.

Plus, it might end the doubts surrounding a potential WrestleMania 35 main event against Charlotte Flair, too.

However, it also speaks volumes about just how impressive Angle was when transitioning from amateur wrestling to the WWE style.
