There's just four games left in the World Cup this tournament and, remarkably, England are still in the competition.

A number of gutsy performances have seen England fight their way into the semi-finals of the competition.

They will now face Croatia for a spot in the final of the World Cup, an experience England have only experienced once before when they defeated West Germany in 1966.

There have, of course, been many impressive performances for the Three Lions in the past few weeks.

Jamie Redknapp has been rating England's players out of 10 in every game, and the scores he has given players across the tournament make for interesting reading.

His full ratings of England players for the tournament so far (for those that started Sweden game):

1) Jordan Henderson - 8.3

2) Harry Kane - 8.1

3) Jordan Pickford - 8

4) Kieran Trippier - 7.9

T5) John Stones - 7.8

T5) Jesse Lingard - 7.8

T5) Raheem Sterling - 7.8

8) Harry Maguire - 7.7

9) Kyle Walker - 7.4

10) Ashley Young - 7.1

11) Dele Alli - 6.8

Although many would argue that Kieran Trippier, Jordan Pickford or Harry Kane have been England's best performers, Redknapp has instead identified Jordan Henderson as England's best player.

Redknapp has awarded Henderson an average rating of 8.3 for the tournament, and he had some very kind words for him after the Sweden game.

"Our most consistent performer in Russia," he wrote. "His passing has been exceptional, he reads the game very well and is a great interceptor.

"Jordan is playing at an incredibly high level. He does so much defensively, allowing Jesse Lingard and Dele Alli to get up the pitch.

"He has bundles of energy but will need legs around him in midfield to help stifle Ivan Rakitic and Luka Modric in the semi-final."

Henderson still has his doubters, both for England and Liverpool, but he has been terrific for England so far this tournament.

It's good to see the 28-year-old finally getting the credit he deserves.

Elsewhere, Redknapp clearly hasn't been too impressed with Alli, handing him a tournament average of just 6.8.

It's also surprising to see that England's hero against Sweden, Maguire, has only been ranked England's 8th best player by Redknapp.
