Everton are set to embark on an exciting new club chapter in 2018/19.After the woes of Ronald Koeman and then the boring, pragmatic football of Sam Allardyce, the Toffees now have Marco Silva leading the way.The former Watford manager is viewed by many in the game as one of the most promising managers in world football. He was sacked by the Hornets last season, but a lot of his issues stemmed from his links to Everton when Koeman was relieved from his duties. Now, he's in the hot seat, but he faces an almighty task to bring entertaining football back to Goodison Park.As of yet, Everton haven't actually made any signings. But that could all be about to change, because reports surfaced from multiple publications on Friday that Silva is closing in on three big signings - which could cost north of £100m.The first is a bit of a surprise, with the Daily Mail reporting that Everton are close to wrapping up a deal for Watford's Richarlison. The deal could cost the Toffees around £50m in total.Silva's next two targets are both at Barcelona, as significant strides have been made towards getting defensive pair Yerry Mina and Lucas Digne. The Mirror report that Everton have submitted a £22m for Digne and given the fact that Barca want him off their books, a deal should be a formality. As for Mina, his agent has already confirmed talks with Everton.

Speaking to ESPORTS COPE, he explained: “I have had communication with the sports director Everton [Marcel Brands].“

After the signing of Clement Lenglet, Barca would be keen to do business with Everton for the Colombian. But they will want a serious increase on the £10.45m they paid Palmeiras.

So there you have it, some serious signings potentially heading to Goodison Park in the near future.

There have also been rumours linking Everton with Crystal Palace's Wilfried Zaha, but Tottenham's interest in the Ivorian could see them miss out.
