It's fair to say that J.J. Watt has achieved a decent amount of success already in his career.

The defensive end entered the NFL back in 2011 - when he was selected by the Houston Texans as the 11th overall pick of that year's draft.

And he's already proved that he was well worth the first-round gamble.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Between 2012 and 2015, Watt went to four straight Pro Bowls - and he was named as a first-team All-Pro on each of those occasions.

On top of that, he's been the NFL Defensive Player of the Year in three seasons and also led the league in sacks in 2012 and 2015.

Unfortunately though, after his very bright start, the 29-year-old has struggled over the last few years due to a number of serious injuries.

LACK OF GAMETIME IN 2016 AND 2017

Watt only played a total of eight NFL games in 2016 and 2017 combined - as he was sidelined with both back and leg injuries.

Without their star defensive guy, the Texans have struggled a bit too. They finished 2016 with a respectable 9-7 record and did also reach the postseason.

But the following year, Houston fell to a poor 4-12 finish - and it was clear they really missed Watt after he limped out after week 5.

After sitting out the Texan's last 11 games, it seems that ahead of 2018, J.J. is more than ready to go now.

WORKING OVERTIME

We all know that Watt is an absolute machine on the field - but to do what he does week in, week out (when he's healthy), requires a lot of time in the gym.

Well, the latest photo that the Texans DE has shared proves that he's been putting that work in throughout the offseason.

In fact, judging by how huge he looks, J.J. may have been working overtime in the gym. Check out his ridiculous physique below.

Damn. It looks like Watt is more than ready for the 2018 season, with some fans even comparing his body to that of The Hulk.

To be fair, we can see the comparisons.

A FRIGHTENING DEFENSE

With Watt back healthy next year, Texans fans will be expecting big things from their defense, which could well be one of the most frightening in the NFL.

Along with J.J, the team also boasts linebacker Jadeveon Clowney - who was the first overall pick of the 2014 draft.

With him and Watt lining up together once again, there's no reason the Texans can't make another run to the playoffs in 2018 if both stay healthy.
