This year's NFL draft was one of the most exciting in recent memory. Ahead of 2018, a number of hot prospects were tipped to come out of college - with a fair few high profile quarterbacks expecting to be picked. And get picked they did.

QUARTERBACKS RULE

In the first round, five signal-callers were selected - for only the third time in history.

Baker Mayfield, Sam Darnold, Josh Allen, Josh Rosen and Lamar Jackson were all taken in what could be one of the strongest offensive draft classes of recent years.

Along with the QBs, running back Saquon Barkley was selected as the second overall pick, behind just Mayfield.

But it wasn't just offensive players who were catching the attention of NFL teams preparing for 2018.

THE GRIFFIN BROTHERS

Last year, the Seattle Seahawks took cornerback Shaquill Griffin in the third round of the draft - and they thought that they'd be getting a ballhawk with their pick.

Well, in 2018, Shaquill's brother, Shaquem, announced that he'd enter this year's draft and he was also taken by the Seahawks.

The twins will link up in the NFL next season - and don't be surprised if it's Shaquem who steals the headlines in Seattle, even though his brother has one more year of experience in the league.

SHAQUEM'S COVERAGE

Ahead of this year's draft, Griffin received extensive media coverage - due to the fact that he's an amputee with one hand.

After being picked by the Seahawks, he becomes the first one-handed player to ever enter the NFL - and he's already impressing in training.

PICKING RUSSELL WILSON

As mentioned, Seattle thought they were getting a ballhawk when they picked Shaquill last year, but in practice earlier this week, it was Shaquem who picked quarterback Russell Wilson.

It's pretty impressive for a rookie to do that. It's even more impressive that a rookie linebacker is doing it. Let alone a linebacker with only one hand.

Check out his brilliant play below.

Damn. Shaquem means business.

But his play shouldn't come as too much of a surprise - as he has an extensive college CV.

A COLLEGE KING

Griffin was a National Champion and a second-team All-American in 2017, while one year later he won the Peach Bowl and was named Defensive MVP in that game.

After being drafted by the Seahawks, he could soon form part of another terrifying defense at CenturyLink Field.

And to do that with his brother alongside him will make it even sweeter.
